  • Wed 10/22: Family Information Night, 3rd-8th Grade – 7:00-8:00 PM Zoom Meeting.

NOVEMBER

  • Sun 11/2: Ford Sayre Council Ski Sale– Richmond Middle School. Start making your wish-lists and cleaning out the garage! Details here.

  • Wed 11/12: Family Information Night, K-2nd Grade – 7:00-8:00 PM Zoom Meeting. 

  • Sun 11/16: K-2nd AND 3rd-8th Grade Coaches Clinic, Oak Hill.

    • K-2nd Coaches: 12:00 – 2:30 PM
    • 3rd-8th Coaches: 1:00-3:30 PM
  • Thu 11/20: First 3rd-8th Practice – 3:30-4:30 PM, location TBA.
  • Thu & Fri 11/27 & 11/28: Thanksgiving Break – No practices.

DECEMBER

  • Mon 12/1: First K-2 Practice – 3:30-4:30 PM, Garipay Field.

  • Fri 12/5: First Friday Race Clinic – 3:30-4:45 PM, location TBA.

  • Mon 12/22 – Fri 1/2: Winter Break – No practices.

JANUARY

  • Sun 1/4: Bogburn Classic Ski Race – Rikert Nordic Center, Ripton, VT.

  • Sat 1/10: Festivent Relays – 10:00 AM, Garipay Field or Oak Hill. Fun for everyone relays; BKLers, parents, and community members are all invited to ski in this event! 

  • Mon 1/19: MLK Day – No K-2 Practice.
  • Sat 1/24: NH Coaches Series Race #1 SKATE – White Mountain Regional School District. Open to U14/U16 Weekend Racers. Talk to Coach Hilary for more details.
  • Sun 1/25: Mansfield Skiathlon – Sleepy Hollow, Huntington, VT (limited coaching support).
  • Sat 1/31: NH Coaches Series Race #2 CLASSIC – Waterville Valley, NH. Open to U14/U16 Weekend Racers. Talk to Coach Hilary for more details.

FEBRUARY

  • Sat 2/1: Woodstock Sweetheart Race – Classic K-2, Freestyle 3rd+.
  • Tue 2/3: 3rd-8th Practices Lengthen – Now ending at 5:00 PM (K-2 Practices continue to end at 4:30 PM).
  • Sat 2/7: Silver Fox Trot BKL and Citizen’s Race, Oak Hill. Ford Sayre sponsored-race; volunteers always needed!
  • Sun 2/8: Gunstock Paintball Biathlon, Gilford, NH (limited coaching support).
  • Sat & Sun 2/14 & 2/15 Eastern Cup – Oak Hill. Great spectating and volunteer opportunity. Racing for U14 & U16 skiers only; check with coaches.
  • Mon 2/16:  NH Middle School State Champs – Sandwich, NH. Open to 5th-8th grade skiers. Information here. 
  • Mon 2/16 – No K-2 Practice – Presidents’ Day
  • Sat 2/21 – Putney Relays
  • Mon 2/23 – Fri 2/27: SAU 70 February Break – No Practices, except some for U14/16.
  • Fri 2/27: No FRC Practice.
  • Sat & Sun 2/28 & 3/1: New England BKL Festival – Jackson Touring Center, Jackson, NH. Appropriate and fun for all BKL participants. Children can register to participate in racing or non-racing “adventure” categories. 

MARCH

  • Mon 3/9: Last K-2 Practice.

  • Thu 3/12: Last 3-8 Practice & 8th Grade Graduation

  • Fri 3/13 – Sun 3/15: NENSA U16 Championships – Oak Hill. Great spectating and volunteer opportunity. Racing by qualification for U16 skiers only.
