The summer and fall programs are for upper elementary and middle grade Nordic skiers who are passionate about ski racing and want to add ski-specific activities to their summer or pre-season training. Skiers will work on rollerski skills, improve their strength and agility, learn about the sport and have fun outside with peers and enthusiastic Nordic ski community members. Coaches will send out weekly emails with practice locations and details.
***Please note that the offering of these programs is contingent upon the employment of the appropriate coaching staff. Any questions, please contact Nordic Head Coach Hilary McNamee at hilary@fordsayre.org**
