Ski and Winter Sports Sale

Our annual Ski Sale will look a little different for 2020…

In partnership with Hanover Parks and Recreation, we are excited to announce the Upper Valley Ski Swap!

Do you need equipment for the coming season? Would you like to sell the skis your kids have outgrown? The Upper Valley Ski Swap is a virtual space for you to buy and sell snowsports gear. To participate, you will need a Facebook account.

CLICK HERE to join the Facebook Group!

Use the link above, or follow these directions to join:

  • Start by logging into your Facebook account and searching on “Hanover,NH Parks & Recreation”
  • Go to HPR’s page and select “More” from the menu bar
  • From the dropdown options, select “Groups”
  • Find “Upper Valley Ski Swap” and ask to join (button on far right)
  • You can post your items for sale (FS)
  • You can also post if you are in search of (ISO) specific equipment

Buyers and sellers coordinate their own payment and pick up details. This group is for selling/buying: Alpine and Nordic skis (all types), snowboards, boots, bindings, poles, helmets, racing suits, jackets (and other  snowsports apparel), goggles, equipment bags, racks for vehicles, and other ski-related gear.

Sizing questions?

Visit our page with an overview of Alpine Equipment Guidelines for more information and use our Nordic Size Charts for general guidance. Please note that fit may vary depending on the construction, materials and manufacturer, and these charts are for reference only.

What else is different this year?

In a “normal” year, 100% of the profits from our annual (in-person) Ski Sale are used to fund Ford Sayre scholarships. Because of COVID-19, and our switch to a virtual Ski Swap as a safer alternative, we will be relying on the generosity of donors like you to fund scholarships. Please consider a donation, in any amount…

We look forward to being back together for our traditional in-person ski sale when it’s safe to do so. For now, enjoy the virtual swap!
