Due to thin snow conditions at Oak Hill, the Silver Fox Trot Eastern Cup/JOQ race will be relocated to Gunstock Nordic area. The race format has been changed to classic. Sunday's Cheri Walsh Eastern Cup/JOQ will be freestyle due to snow conditions in Holderness.

The 2010 Eastern Cup events begin at 11:00 at Gunstock. Day of Race registration and bib pick-up for the Eastern Cup races will be at the Gunstock Nordic Association's Clubhouse.
12:00 p.m. J1 girls and women, 10km classic, individual starts, 30 second intervals.
1:30 p.m. J1 boys and men, 15km classic, individual starts, 30 second intervals.
Podium
Ceremony: Awards ceremony for the top 3 finishers will be announced 30
minutes after the conclusion of each race. This includes J2 Boys, J2
Girls, Men, and Women.

EC/JOQ registration:
$30 NENSA member, $40 non-members. Registration deadline Thursday,
2/18. Register on-line at www.nensa.net or mail to Silver Fox Trot, PO Box 172, Norwich, VT 05055. Check
payable to Ford Sayre Ski Council.
Day of Race registration: add $10 late fee. DOR registration opens at 8:30 am and closes 30 minutes prior to start of each race.
Registration and bib pick-up for EC/JOQ: At GNA clubhouse.

Other Information
Parking:
Parking will be in lot across the Mountain Access Road from the GNA stadium and clubhouse. NO PARKING OR DROP-OFF along Access Road.
Team Vehicles:
Coaches with team vehicles will have preferred parking. Skier and equipment drop-off location near Gunstock Touring Center.
Wax Tents/electricity:
Team wax tents may be set up at the top of the entrance to the stadium.
Limited electricity will be available, recommended teams bring generators.
Course:
The course will be the 5km loop using the Cobble Mountain Trail.
Food Concession: Gunstock Mountain Resort will be serving food and warm drinks in the yurt next to the Touring Center (across Access Road from Clubhouse and stadium).
