Bill Koch League (BKL) Nordic (Grades K – 8) PDF Print E-mail

Whether this is your introduction to the sport or you're a competitive skier already, the emphasis will be on having fun and developing a lifelong love for Nordic skiing. Our coaching adheres to Bill Koch's philosophy: "to be your best, not better than the rest." No prior XC skiing experience is necessary.

Ford Sayre offers a 1 day/week program which caters to beginners and skiers of any age (grades K-8) looking to get out on the trails. We also offer 2- and 3-day programs for skiers who want to race or to challenge themselves further on technique, skills, and endurance. All program fees include insurance surcharge of $10. Additionally: All skiers pay a $20 membership fee to our regional ski association NENSA (New England Nordic Ski Association), and need to purchase an Oak Hill/Garipay season trail pass (family or individual), available from Dartmouth's Outing Club with a Ford Sayre discount. Scholarships are available.
