Practice for Tuesday, Nov. 29 will end 15 minutes early both at Oak Hill and Garipay to allow coaches, parents and kids to make it to the skier/parent meeting immediately following the end of practice. Pickup will be at Oak Hill/Garipay respectively. While the meeting is not mandatory, we strongly encourage parents and skiers to attend. It's a chance for parents to learn more about the Ford Sayre Nordic program, the season ahead, as well as a chance to meet and ask questions of your kids' coaches and talk to fellow skier parents. Maybe a chance to set up a car pool to and from practice? For the 2- and 3-day skiers it'll also be a chance to meet with the coaches and set some personal goals for the season ahead. The meeting will begin at 4:45ish and end no later than 6pm.

Location: Filene Auditorium, Moore Hall, on Maynard Street in Hanover

Directions from Oak Hill/Garipay: Follow Route 10/Lyme Road back towards Hanover & the Dartmouth campus. Go straight through the lights where rt. 120 heads off left, and then take a right on Maynard Street. Moore Hall is halfway down the street on the left. You will see a large parking lot across the street from the building (the Med School Dean's Office lot) where there should be ample parking after 4:30 pm. Enter through the side entrance, and you will see a set of stairs heading down. These lead to Filene auditorium.

Note: Please change into dry/clean footwear before entering the auditorium. Also, please note that a Dartmouth class will be holding a poster event in the lobby of the auditorium – so please be respectful as you and your family move into the auditorium space.
